After graduating from Purdue University in the spring of 2002, Terry M. Grapenthin joined
Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate in September of that same year. His focus is working
with established local entrepreneurial companies based primarily out of Chicago with at
least one location. Terry establishes a real estate plan for his clients. Depending on the clients
need, Terry provides a professional partnership with each client for their acquisition, disposition
and leasing of industrial property and commercial land. Terry and his partners within
Cawley Chicago have a combined 30 years of commercial real estate experience and have
established a strong track record for succeeding in representing the best interest of their buyers,
tenant, landlords and sellers.

CAREER HISTORY/BACKGROUND
Terry has provided valuable services to some of the top real estate companies in Chicago and
continues to be hired back for additional requirements. Terry has represented companies such
as; CenterPoint Properties, TCB Development, Columbus McKinnon, Wrightwood Capital,
Oak Realty Group and Home Depot Supply to name a few. These transactions, among others
are valued in excess of $20,000,000. Terry has a construction background and can help clients
understand the entire costs to complete the transaction and will negotiate on their behalf
to align all aspects of the transaction with the clients budgets and expectations.
