EXPERIENCE

Joshua Hearne joined Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate after interning for two years
in May of 2005. Josh graduated from Arizona State University in the spring of 2005. During
the two years of internship at Cawley Chicago, he gained knowledge and experience of the
suburban Chicago commercial real estate market.

BACKGROUND
Josh began his career at Cawley Chicago in May of 2003 as an intern. After given the opportunity
to work on a variety of different projects, mainly in office and industrial, Josh found
his niche to be in the industrial side of commercial real estate. As an intern, Josh was given
the ability to focus on the Southside industrial submarket of Chicago. Through his research
and hard work, Josh was also able to put together marketing presentations, along with proposals,
which assisted the brokers in the closing of several deals. Josh also pioneered the
company’s first newsletter and has continued to improve the newsletter through each year.
Josh is continuously developing his skills and knowledge of the Southside Suburbs of Chicago.
As he continues to work the markets, not only has Josh built valuable relationships, but
he has also gained the knowledge that is needed to be successful in the industry..
