BACKGROUND
Rawly Lantz joins Cawley Chicago after working extensively as a real estate consultant on a
nationwide basis. Working primarily with tenants, Rawly was actively involved in partnering
with major corporations and entrepreneurial companies alike in all phases of real estate
transactions. His primary areas of focus were economic incentive negotiations, location
analysis and sale/leaseback transactions. Prior to joining the commercial real estate world,
he developed his sales, marketing and analytical skill set for seven years at RR Donnelley
and the Robert Bosch Corporation.

At Cawley, Rawly represents property owners, tenants and buyers in the greater Chicagoland
area. His prime areas of focus are office properties located in DuPage, West Cook and Will
County submarkets. Rawly continues to research the market and develop relationships to
increase the value he brings to his clients.

Rawly is a native of Monmouth, IL. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a concentration
in Marketing from Western Illinois University. During his collegiate years, he was a
three year varsity letter winner on the WIU golf team. He remains an avid golfer and enjoys
spending as much time as possible on the course. Rawly and his wife Joelle reside in the
city of Chicago. Besides enjoying the many activities Chicago has to offer they are actively
involved with the Make-A-Wish foundation.
