BACKGROUND
Cody Sundberg joins Cawley Chicago after having worked extensively in the Phoenix,
Arizona Industrial Distribution and Office market. Working primarily with tenants, Cody
has been involved in many types of commercial transactions, from Land acquisition and site
selection to construction and build-to-suit projects.

At Cawley, Cody represents property owners, tenants and buyers in the greater Chicago land
area while helping to create real estate solutions. His primary area of focus will be Office and
Industrial properties located in the Dupage, West Suburban and O’Hare submarkets.

Cody Sundberg comes to Cawley Chicago with a B.S. from Miami University Ohio graduating
in 1997. He spent two years working for the Department of Energy in Colorado at the
Rocky Flats superfund clean-up site, and five years as a traveling golf professional playing
various tours throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Sundberg is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Illinois as well as Arizona,
and is actively pursuing the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) as well as
the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) designations.
