BACKGROUND
Rich Weber joins Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate after spending 5 years in property
management. His desire to move into commercial real estate sales and work with a professional and
dedicated company drew him to Cawley Chicago. Rich is committed to service with an emphasis on
accountability, reliability and enthusiasm.

Rich represents property owners and tenants in southern cook county and the south suburbs of
Chicago in acquisitions and leasing of industrial real estate assets. Rich works with Terry
Grapenthin, Senior Vice president at Cawley Chicago and Vice-President Josh Hearne on assorted
industrial and commercial transactions focusing primarily in the I-294 and I-94 corridor.
