BACKGROUND
Scott Weller comes to Cawley Chicago after working for a growing community bank in the
western suburbs of Chicago. His passion for assisting small to mid-size companies with
complex transactions drew him to Cawley Chicago. Scott’s previous focus was primarily on
commercial business development and customer management. Working with a portfolio of
over $15,000,000, Scott helped clients finance a wide variety of transactions from multi-million
dollar real estate purchases and refinances to asset based equipment and inventory loans.
Scott also assisted in credit administration and default administration where he fine tuned his
analytics.

Scott is well versed in the office market and continues to monitor activity within his western
Chicago territory constantly.

Scott is a resident of Wheaton, IL. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of
Arizona where he studied Business, Journalism and Political Science. While in college Scott
led the largest student voter registration drive in the state. Scott currently volunteers for his
Church as a 2nd grade catechist and as a commissioner on the City of Wheaton Planning and
Zoning Board.
